Have you heard the term cura personalis? It’s not just another old Latin phrase here at SLU; it’s an expression that forms the core of how we nurture spiritual life in our community.

The words translate to "care for the entire person” and that idea guides the Department of Campus Ministry at Saint Louis University.

Guided by the Catholic Church and the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits, SLU campus ministry welcomes and serves students of all religious backgrounds and traditions.

SLU's campus ministers provide individualized attention to your needs, respect your challenges and bring a thoughtful appreciation for everyone’s experiences and beliefs.

February 16-18, 2018 @ Manresa Retreat Center

This NEW retreat offers an introduction to some of the key aspects of Ignatian Spirituality in a group setting. During the retreat, participants will be invited to explore the Ignatian pillars of prayer, discernment, reconciliation, and “Finding God in All Things” through talks, large group activities, small group discussion, and time for personal reflection. In appreciation for all the wonderful work all of you do as liturgical ministers (both liturgy and music), we would like to invite you to the Liturgical Minister Day of Reflection! It will be a day filled with student-led reflection on your experiences and sharing with your fellow liturgical ministers. We know how much time and effort goes into being ministers and hope you can join us for a day to simply reflect and share a meal! Thank you and we look forward to reflecting and praying with you!
