Whether you are visiting Saint Louis University for a day, living on campus, or commuting to class or work, having a convenient and safe place to park is a priority. There are more than 35 parking lots and garages on SLU’s Midtown campus, at the School of Law downtown and at Parks College’s Center for Aviation Science in Cahokia, Illinois.
If you're visiting SLU for a campus tour, medical appointment or some other event, you will need to park in certain lots with certain payment methods.
Permits for Saint Louis University parking can be purchased year-round online via mySLU. At SLU, parking permits are virtual and are tracked by your license plate number, which you will enter online. You can also quickly update information or add multiple vehicles to an account.
To obtain a permit, go to the Tools tab in the mySLU portal and click on “Parking and Card Services Vehicle Registration.” Enter your license plate number, choose the parking term applicable to you and select the type of parking you want.
You will receive confirmation when you have successfully registered. You may park only in the garages or lots that are associated with your permit.
Please note, only one vehicle is allowed on SLU's campuses at a time. Since your license plate or plates will serve as the virtual permit number, information must be kept current.
Parking and Card Services also offers two-hour parking in 34 metered spots along Laclede Ave. and at Reinert Hall that can be paid for with the Parkmobile app or via the toll free number: 877-727-5973.
No matter where you are on campus or where you want to go, we have a way to help you get there.
You’ll access permitted parking on campus using your SLU ID — but this card opens the door to much more. A SLU ID serves as ID for the University’s students, faculty and staff. It’s also used for dining on campus, services at Pius XII Memorial Library, Simon Recreation Center, and even shopping with Billiken Bucks and banking.
